Thirteen sales agents and five administrative team members from both Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited and Pan Caribbean Financial Services, a member of the Sagicor Group, received accolades for highest dedication to the company. The companies honoured the 18 retirees at the Sagicor Life Jamaica Group Luncheon at the Wyndham Kingston Hotel on Wednesday, February 29. Although officially retired, some agents will continue their service under an independent contract.
“We appreciate the efforts of the exemplary team members being honored today, they are part of the foundation of the company”, said Mark Chisholm, Executive Vice President, Individual Life Division. “Without the root the tree cannot grow”, Chisholm continued.
Several noteworthy recipients include Rudolph Daley, also a Bishop, who started his career with the entity in 1984 and gave over 35 years of commendable service. Bishop Daley was recognized as a dedicated and ethical employee. Claudette Owen, a retiree from PanCaribbean was recognized for 23 years of dedicated service. Miss Owen was said to have been a mother figure to employees, offering daily inspirational cards, advice and encouragement. Lynette Chin-McDaniel also among the retirees was commended for earning several top industry awards and being one of the industry’s significant advisor over the past 35 years .

All 18 retirees received paintings by famous Jamaican Artist Richard Hall as a token for their service.
