BCIC leads motor vehicle insurance industry with No Fault Discount
British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC) has launched a new No Fault Discount (NFD) feature, which saves motorists from paying higher premiums after a claim for which they were not at fault.
The practice in the local insurance industry currently is that if a policyholder makes a claim, whether or not it is their fault, they would be liable to pay higher premiums. BCIC's innovative NFD takes into account how the claim occurred and only penalizes insureds that were at fault in some way.
Peter Levy, Managing Director of BCIC says, "We work hard to make our policies and procedures easier for the customer, and the company is particularly proud that our customers feel comfortable with the terms and price point of our products. Don't just compare prices, compare features."
Motor vehicle owners insured with other companies can switch to BCIC and transfer their existing No Claim Discount to BCIC's NFD feature.
