Our Executive Chairman: Jerome Hamilton

Jerome Hamilton
Jerome Hamilton is a well seasoned public relations and talent booking professional with decades of experience in Jamaica and across the Caribbean.  As Chairman, he provides oversight for the team while bringing his expertise to bear on client campaigns and executions.

Jerome is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of our affiliate company, Headline Entertainment.  At the helm of Headline Entertainment, Jerome has guided the careers of numerous Caribbean artistes and contributed to the success of several marquee festivals and entertainment events.

Prior to building the internationally recognized Headline Entertainment, Jerome demonstrated his flair for creating and coordinating flagship events at Solid Agency (which he also co-founded), Jampop and the University of the West Indies (UWI).




Our Managing Director: Carlette DeLeon
Carlette DeLeon
As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Breakthrough Communications, Carlette DeLeon has embarked on a new phase of her professional career. This new challenge places her in an ideal position to take advantage of her multi-faceted skills in the communications and entertainment fields.

Carlette has extensive experience in marketing and public relations enhanced by keen knowledge of the entertainment industry. Her positions as Promotions Coordinator at The Book Shop and Public Relations Assistant at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd. have also added to her expertise. Her subsequent stint with Shocking Vibes Productions as Public Relations Officer and her dual roles of Publicist and Administrative Manager at Headline Entertainment provided specific training in the intricacies of entertainment.




Our Client Services Manager: Khorie Ann Beckford

As Client Services Manager, Khorie Ann Beckford is responsible for general client services and maintaining the highest standard of service delivery to our valued partners.

Khorie Ann has been with Breakthrough Communications since inception in 2009. In her inaugural role as Public Relations Manager,  she has guided the activities of the Public Relations Department and contributed to the development of an enviable reputation in our niche markets. Her  experiences and training in marketing have honed analytic and creative strengths that have contributed to the company’s success in the banking, telecommunications, and entertainment and sports industries.









Allison Francis
Our Senior Account Executive: Allison Francis
Senior Account Executive, Allison Francis has over ten years’ experience in Public Relations and Media Management. She began her career with the company, in 2009 and has since mastered her skills in content and project management, as well as organic production and editing for electronic media.
Her proficiency to strategize and manage media relation campaigns and promotional activities coupled with her exemplary work ethic enables her to score the greatest results for the company’s diverse client roster.

A visionary by nature, Allison holds a Batchelor Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business from Red River College, Canada.

Keriece Harris
Keriece Harris
As a Public Relations Account Executive, Keriece Harris helps Breakthrough Communications Limited to develop and implement creative and dynamic public relations strategies. With over five years of impressive global perspective and experiences, the entrepreneurial-minded Keriece is a recognized expert in the communications field related to the performing arts, production, speech writing, and social media with acting credits and publications to her name.

Keriece is also a strong believer in education; as such, she is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Speech and Communication with a minor in Drama. She has also obtained Certificates in Event Planning, Writing for Public Relations and Creating Winning Social Media Strategies from the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication at the University of the West Indies, Mona; and a Certificate in State Protocol and Business Etiquette from the Management Institute for National Development.

Keriece is also a Production Assistant with Television Jamaica.


Devon Smith
Devon Smith
Devon Smith is an experienced and multi-faceted Account Executive with a extensive skill set that notably includes report writing and media editing.

Since launching his career with Breakthrough Communications, Devon has demonstrated his expertise in Sports reporting and communications to compliment his broad public relations knowledge base.

Devon is a graduate of the University of West Indies (UWI) where he holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Literatures in English. He has also obtained Certificates in Digital Photography from the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC) at the University of the West Indies, Mona and an Associate Degree in Humanities from St. George’s College.






Monique Edwards Davis
Monique Edwards Davis
As a media specialist, with 10 years of journalism experience, Monique has extensive experience in writing, reporting, editing and publishing for the Jamaica Observer. Her skills include delivering factual, concise and engaging pieces that inform and entertain a wide range of audiences.

She is experienced with a broad range of news beats and with editorial and production processes for newspapers, magazines, and websites.

Monique is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a degree in Media and Communication and minor in Cultural Studies.







Geli Anne Campbell
Geli-Anne Campbell
Geli-Anne brings 20 years of diverse experience in entertainment, public relations, radio and television production. Her professional training in real estate and architecture provide a unique blend at Breakthrough Communications.

During her 10 year stint at the RJR Communications Group and in her role as a Freelancer for various esteemed local and international projects in media and film, Geli-Anne has armed herself as a multi-faceted and reputable professional with skill sets that have contributed to the success of our clients.

She is an excellent communicator who possesses strong organisational skills and ingenuity. Geli-Anne has been a member of the Breakthrough family since May 2012. Her contribution to the company remains invaluable.

Raquel Collins
Raquel Collins
As the Accountant, Raquel Collins boasts an impressive twenty year career in the field of accounting.  With Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) II certification, Raquel has applied her extensive skills in several industries including entertainment, financial services and corporate administration.  She plays a key role on the senior administrative team at Breakthrough Communications.

Committed to her personal development, Raquel has pursued several courses in a variety of fields outside management and accounting thereby diversifying and expanding her knowledge base.
