Public Relations Account Executive

Boutique corporate communications firm seeking an exceptional Public Relations Account Executive to develop and execute creative communications campaigns for a diverse client base with the support of a proactive team in fast paced environment.

The PR Account Executive is expected to, among other duties, develop and implement PR and publicity strategies, research, write, produce and distribute target specific content, liaise with media, colleagues and clients and prepare reports efficiently within prescribed deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in media or a related field, is a versatile writer/producer with extensive knowledge of media, superior planning and supervision skills and a positive, youthful attitude.

Accountant

A small but intricate service based brand seeking a reliable Accountant to enhance the operations of the firm through meticulous record keeping and enforcement of efficiency procedures.  

The Accountant is expected to, among other duties, manage, monitor and reconcile multiple bank accounts in multiple currencies, prepare payroll, manage receivables/payables, prepare accurate client account statements, budgets, financials, statutory and tax returns among other relevant documents.  The ideal candidate liaises directly with auditors, clients, suppliers, team members, the Tax Office and other relevant parties in the efficient execution of their duties.

Our Accountant is proficient with, and experienced in, accounting procedures and software with a remarkable eye for detail, unquestionable integrity and an effervescent attitude.   Familiarity with tax matters including GCT and budgeting is an asset.

Executive Assistant

Well established, services based firm seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide outstanding administrative support to improve organizational efficiency and profitability.
The Executive Assistant (EA) reports directly to the Managing Director and must have extensive knowledge of the organization, key internal and external personnel and understand clearly the organization’s aim and objectives. Discretion and confidentially are mandatory.

The EA is expect to, among other duties, screen calls; manage calendars; make travel, meeting and event arrangements; prepare reports and financial data; and coordinate client relations on behalf of the Executive Management Team. Strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors are all required.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a similar position, is detailed oriented, tech savvy and highly confidential with a positive, youthful attitude.
